We all have those moments that changed everything.  I’ve had quite a few.  I started coaching business women to share what I've learned from those moments and to give support to those who want to learn the skills and mindset to move from chaos, overwhelm and feeling "stuck" to sustained growth.

​Over the past 30 years I have been both a small business owner/entrepreneur and a corporate captive.

It is my vision to teach and guide women in their journey to becoming a business Phoenix,

through ?????  To give them the skills and support, to not be consumed and destroyed by the fires of chaos and overwhelm but instead, to light their fires with , confidence and compassion and fan the flames with joy; to find their true, authentic selves within the ashes and to rise, with the beauty and determination of the Phoenix.
